Sherwood Stainless and Aluminium, an industry leader in metal extrusion and supply, is thrilled to announce a significant investment in a new state-of-the-art facility and commercial head office at Showell Road, Wolverhampton.

The new site, spread across a substantial 50,000 sq ft area, was officially leased in November 2022 and has seen teams starting to transition into the new premises.

This facility hosts four bays and cranes specifically designed to accommodate production lines, store raw materials, and warehouse finished customer products.

EPC rating B

The move represents a significant step forward in Sherwood’s sustainability strategy, boasting an impressive EPC rating of B – a notable improvement from the previous site’s EPC rating of E.

And a more energy-efficient building not only helps reduce carbon footprint but also holds promise for future green initiatives, such as the addition of solar panels.

Sustainable growth

“Our new location and facilities are a testament to Sherwood’s commitment to customer service, innovation and sustainable growth,” said Michael Horan, CEO Sherwood Stainless and Aluminium.

“Our customers will greatly benefit from the dedicated meeting and training space, the ability to hold stock and call off, as well as additional services we plan to add in the future.”
