Significant promotion heralds major commitment to quality management, health & safety and environment at Sherwood Stainless and Aluminium

In addition to recently publishing the Sherwood Group Sustainability Strategy, the group is pleased to announce the promotion of Helen Shotton as Group Head of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment across its entire operation.

This appointment underscores Sherwood’s commitment to delivering superior QHSE and sustainability throughout its network. 

By appointing a senior-level leader dedicated to QHSE, the company seeks to enhance standards at each site within the Sherwood Group.

Helen, a seasoned professional in the quality management field with over 35 years’ experience, will be responsible for implementing and overseeing processes and procedures across all of Sherwood’s manufacturing sites, with the ultimate aim of driving continuous improvements and ensuring adherence to the highest standards in line with ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001.

ISO900, ISO14001 & ISO45001 are internationally recognised standards for management systems that set out the criteria for management system’s and their processes.

Focus on quality management and HSE
